F.I.R.E. exists to support women in Security Forces—not only in leadership and mentorship, but also when challenges arise.

This space is provided for members who may be experiencing difficulties that they feel more comfortable discussing within a supportive, women-centered community. These concerns may include professional challenges, workplace issues, harassment, leadership concerns, or personal struggles that may be affecting your well-being.

Our goal is to provide a place where women can raise concerns, share experiences, and seek guidance in an environment built on trust, respect, and support.

You may submit your concern anonymously if you prefer, and providing contact information is completely optional. However, if you would like someone from F.I.R.E. team to follow up with you directly, please include your contact information so we can respond.
